This graduate programme is run directly by GSUM's in-house human resources team through this application page. All personal information is received and processed by us alone; no third party is engaged to process your personal information on our behalf. We use Tencent Cloud Object Storage as our data storage infrastructure. We will collect:
Your CV may contain sensitive personal information (such as ID number, bank account details or health information). We will use such information only where it is necessary for screening, interview assessment, signing an employment contract and pre-employment background checks, and access is restricted to authorised recruitment and interview staff within GSUM.
Your personal information will be retained until 30 June 2027. After that date we will delete or anonymise it. If you are offered and accept a position, the relevant personal information will be handled separately under our employee record management rules.
You may withdraw your authorisation at any time, and you may request to access, copy, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your recruitment account. Contact the recruitment team at gsum@gsum.cn.
